At SAINTBAOLUN JEWELRY STORE, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges subject to the terms specified in this policy.

 

  1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Time Limit: You must contact us and submit a request within 10 days after receiving your items.

Item Condition: Products must be kept in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact. Items should be returned together with original packaging, tags, accessories (such as hang tags, dust bags), and all attached materials.

Proof Required: You need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  1. Return Process

Please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Within the return period, first email us at contact@saintbaolun.com, including your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Obtain Authorization: Our support team will review your request. Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Form and the exact return shipping address. Please note that packages sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.

Ship Back Items: Securely pack the items together with the Return Authorization Form and send them to the provided address. We highly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance for your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

  1. Refund Processing

Timeline: After we receive and inspect your returned goods, you will be notified via email. If the items meet return standards, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.

Method: Funds will be credited back to your original payment account.

Fees: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. If returns are caused by product quality issues, please contact us for special handling solutions.

  1. Exchange Rules

Direct exchange service is currently unavailable. If you wish to receive different items, please complete the return procedure and place a new order after your refund is issued.

  1. Wrong / Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products that differ greatly from our description! Please contact us within 7 days upon delivery and provide photos or videos as evidence. After verification, we will cover all shipping fees and arrange free returns, exchanges, or full refunds for you.

  1. Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Customized products, mystery blind box items, and free gifts are non‑returnable. Feel free to contact customer support in advance if you have any questions about product eligibility.
